  13. Read Tech Note #265, it tells you how to implemement nested procedures in C++.

  15. You must have MacApp 2.0 final to get the C++ examples.
  16. The MacApp 2.0 final CD's are being pressed as we speak.
  17. Also, get a hold of the April issue of d e v e l o p magazine which is a
  18. technical journal by Apple, it has some C++ articles.
